All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By using our payment features, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
Refund policies are determined by league organizers. Platform fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Get Set Spike and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you post on our platform. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with our Service.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
Our platform integrates with third-party services (Stripe, email providers, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability or performance of these services.
We facilitate connections between volleyball players and organizers but are not responsible for disputes, injuries, or other issues that may arise from real-world interactions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Set Spike shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Set Spike from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
